Delivery dates
Products typically ship within 2-5 business days from one of our trusted printing partners (and may arrive in separate shipments if multiple items are ordered). Please allow sufficient time for production and shipping. Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations, we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.
Design/print issues
Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.
